You, the User, agree that you are responsible for your own actions, choices, and purchase decisions. Using the exchange service of our web site, functions as agreement to these terms. User must provide Internet Currency Corp with valid and accurate identifying information as may be determined from time to time by ecurrencyexchangers.com User and/or his agents/assigns must properly identify the Electronic Currency account name and account number to be credited in each and every Remittance. Failure to provide this information will preclude the exchange process User acknowledges that ecurrencyexchangers.com business relationship to E-Currencies system is solely one of intermediary, and as such, ecurrencyexchangers.com does not ensure the quality, safety, or legality of any transaction made using an Electronic Currency account.

EXCHANGE ORDERS
ecurrencyexchangers.com liability to User is limited to the amount of funds you have placed with us for exchange, less applicable fees at the published rates. All Timescales provided by ourselves, or our representatives (whether in this document or subsequent communications) are provided as estimates, based on our understanding of the work to be completed. We will at no times be liable for any loss or consequence in the event that our estimated timescales should prove inaccurate, whether within our control or due to external conditions or influences. ecurrencyexchangers.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. ecurrencyexchangers.com will accept payments only for orders created on the ecurrencyexchangers.com site. If we receive a payment that not connected with ecurrencyexchangers.com order we will immediately return you payment less applicable fees.

SECURITY

No employee of our company will ever ask for your password. ecurrencyexchangers.com keeps records of the orders and transactions that our system performs. These records are kept for order tracking and for our internal audit purposes. ecurrencyexchangers.com respects your privacy. FRAUD POLICY
