Who can use ecurrencyexchangers.com?
Anyone who is Legally Authorized to use the Payment Methods and Processors that we accept.
Is there a fee to use ecurrencyexchangers.com?
The Fees are listed when you choose your transaction.
The Fee for a Transaction consists of two parts:
1)
External Payment Processor's fee.
The external Fee is the amount that is charged by a third party for processing your Payment (e.g. Bank, E-Currency Provider etc.).
2) Our fee.
'Our Fee' is the Fee that we charge for
processing your Transaction.

What Hard Currencies (Cash) do you support?
Our numbers are denominated in US Dollars.
Do you store any Passwords to my eCurrency Accounts?
No. If you use ecurrencyexchangers.com to buy, sell, or exchange eCurrency, you will be redirected
to a Payment Processor such as e-Gold (r) or eeeCurrency (r). This means
if you pay us using e-Gold you will enter your Account Number and Password at the e-Gold site.
When withdrawing Funds from my Account, I am asked for a Backup Password. What is this?
The Backup Password is any combination of Characters you create when creating your ecurrencyexchangers.com Account. It is used to help deter unauthorized withdrawal of your Funds. If you forget it, we will send a copy ONLY to your eMail address on your Account. You MUST then log in and change it. If there is a problem with your eMail Address or if you have other problems following these requirements we must verify your identity in that case. Please attach your scanned Passport or Drivers License and a copy of a Utility Bill to an email requesting it and we will send your Backup Password to your desired eMail Address.
How safe is ecurrencyexchangers.com to use?
The connection between the User and ecurrencyexchangers.com
is encrypted using SSL protocol protection. All activities on our Site is logged, and you can see when
your last login was and from what IP address. Even if ecurrencyexchangers.com Databases were somehow hacked, Account Passwords are encrypted in our Database.
How to I Reverse a Transaction?
Some Users cancel their Transaction and send multiple Support Messages asking for a Refund, Return, or Reversal of Funds, but this is not how the System works. You MUST complete the Transaction by using "Add Funds" or resubmitting your Withdrawal Request with the proper information so that the Transaction can be Tracked.
If you have sent Funds to one of our ouside Account, you MUST enter your details here with "Add Funds". Once we have Credited your Balance in our System you may then Exchange them or Withdraw them for anything available in our Reserves on the left menu. If nothing is available, tell other Users to supply some. If you want your original Funds back, the process is the same. If they are available in the Reserves, request a Withdrawal. This is the only way we reverse Transactions.
What if I have Funds sent to the wrong Account?
We typically deal with Systems that use ireversible Transaction methods, therefore, be VERY careful when performing your Transactions here. All Sales and Transactions are final.
